The Philadelphia Artists' Collective returns to the Philadelphia FringeArts Festival with a hauntingly beautiful site-specific work by the famous author of Peter Pan. Mary Rose, by J.M. Berrie, will be presented both inside the historic and ornate mansion - and outside under the stars in the cemetery itself. The show runs for a total of 12 performances through September 22, 2018. All shows are at 7:00pm. Woodlands offers patrons free parking and the cemetery is just one block from a major SEPTA bus hub. Tickets are $20 to $25 each. 11th Hour Theatre Company brings its consistently sold out concert series back home and as the series begins its 2018-2019 season it has grown. 11th Hour's Next Step Concert Series is now set to run over two weekends. They begin their season with a concert performance of Grey Gardens. Grey Gardens features Music by Scott Frankel, Lyrics by Michael Korie and a Book by Doug Wright. 11th Hour Theatre Company Associate Artistic Director and Co-Founder Steve Pacek directs.  Amanda Morton is the Music Director. Grey Gardens runs October 6-14. Theatre Philadelphia, the region's marketing and leadership organization for theatre, proudly announces the 2018 nominees for the Barrymore Award for Excellence in Theatre. Celebrating the rich, diverse professional theatre scene in the Greater Philadelphia region, the Barrymore Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 5th at 7pm at the Bok Building at 1901 S. 9th Street in South Philadelphia. 11th Hour Theatre Company is bringing its sold-out Next Step Concert Series to the Jersey Shore this summer.  11th Hour is excited to present The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee - In Concert at the Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point. The concert runs August 23-26.

11th Hour Theatre Company is set to heat up June with the World Premiere of the emotional new musical Big Red Sun.   This World Premiere musical, which the company helped develop is set to run May 31-June 17. Written by John Jiler & Georgia Stitt this it opens June 4 at 7 p.m. It is directed by 11th Hour co-founder and Resident Director Megan Nicole O'Brien with Music Direction by 11th Hour regular Dan Kazemi. This time the series features a rarely produced Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman musical, Road Show. Road Show comes to the Next Step Concert Series March 31-April 2.
