This holiday season, the award-winning Peccadillo Theater Company will present A WILDER CHRISTMAS, an evening of two rarely seen Thornton Wilder one-acts: THE LONG CHRISTMAS DINNER and PULLMAN CAR HIAWATHA. The Cape Playhouse's production of The Drowsy Chaperone, starring JoAnne Worley, will play the Massachusetts venue tonight, June 30 - July 11, 2015.

The first ever cast recording of the critically-acclaimed musical PAGEANT is now available digitally and on compact disc via select outlets. The cast of the recent revival - nominated for a 2015 Drama Desk Award for Best Revival of a Musical and a 2015 Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best Musical Revival - just reunited to launch the Original Cast Recording at 54 Below (254 West 54th Street) last night, and BroadwayWorld was there for the special night.

A team of more than 100 - including stars from Broadway, film, television, and music - will cast, write, compose, direct, rehearse, tech, and perform four original musicals - all in the obscenely short time between an evening meet-and-greet on Sunday, April 12 and show time tonight, April 13 at 8pm. The event benefits the Exchange's summer program, The Orchard Project, which incubates and accelerates innovative new theatrical work from around the world.

The Producer of The Cape Playhouse, Mark Cuddy, today announced the remaining two productions for the historic theater's 89th Season in Dennis, MA. Six professional productions - a mix of comedies, dramas & musicals - and starring Broadway actors, will play from June 16 - September 5, 2015.

Opening at Lyric's Plaza Theatre January 28 and running through February 15, PAGEANT's contestants experience the thrill of success and the agony of defeat every night as each audience chooses their own winner. After successful runs of this show in 2004 and 2006, Lyric is excited to bring this crowd pleaser back to Oklahoma City.

Ford's Theatre 2014-2015 season continues with A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens and adapted by Michael Wilson, tonight, November 20, 2014 to January 1, 2015. American Dance Machine for the 21st Century (ADM21) will present 15 show-stopping musical theater dance numbers performed by stars from the musical theater and dance worlds during its Joyce Theater debut today, November 11-16, announced Nikki Feirt Atkins, Founder and Executive Artistic Director and Margo Sappington, Artistic Director.
