And, if you are a girl studying jazz, where can you attend an all-female jazz residency program? NJPAC is your answer. The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the State's largest arts education provider for young artists and one of the top arts education providers in the country, announces its 2015 summer arts training programs for middle and high school students.

Queens based Titan Theatre Company opened it's final production of it's Award Winning and Critically Acclaimed second season on Friday April 25th, 2014 with the opening of its highly anticipated adaptation of Shakespeare's Epic KING LEAR. The production, which stars Broadway vet Terry Layman in the title role and is made possible through a generous grant from the Queens Council for the Arts, will runs thru May 11, 2014 at the Queens Theatre, the borough's premiere performing arts venue, located in beautiful Flushing Meadows Park. Hudson Warehouse, known as 'The Other Free Shakespeare in the Park,' has produced outdoor classical theater, for free, in Riverside Park for the past ten years. This year, the theater has had the opportunity to present two productions indoors. Its March show is Julius Caesar and will open tonight, March 6th for a three week run until March 23rd. Directed by Nicholas Martin-Smith.

FOX Airs Record-Breaking 234-Episode Marathon of NCIS Tonight

In an attempt to set the new Guinness World Record as 'the longest uninterrupted transmission of a TV series,' FOX Japan, part of the FOX International Channels, will broadcast all 234 episodes from Seasons 1 through 10 of the popular drama series NCIS starting at 11:00 PM tonight, Dec. 29, 2013. The Guinness World Record will be officially recognized after the marathon broadcast is completed in Japan at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.
