YouTube and VidCon will again partner to produce YouTube OnStage, a live entertainment showcase in its third year, presented by Twizzlers Twists to kick off the 10th Annual VidCon US. Taking place at the Anaheim Arena on Thursday, July 11th starting at 6:30pm,YouTube OnStage will feature some of the biggest creators, artists, and trends found on YouTube. This high energy event will be a celebration of the entire YouTube community, bringing fans up-close and personal with their favorite YouTube celebrities and stars.

YouTube and VidCon are partnering once again to produce a live entertainment showcase to kick off the 9th Annual VidCon US. YouTube OnStage is in its second year and will be a dynamic celebration of the biggest trends and artists on the platform today and will stream live on the YouTube Spotlight Channel as well as the YouTube VidCon Channel.

Sing Along, the short film musical with an all-star cast, is beginning a television run this month on ShortsTV, the cable and satellite channel dedicated to short films. The movie centers on an introverted young man who deals with his anxiety by envisioning his life as a musical.

As one of the first independent musicians to harness YouTube and social media, Sam Tsui has created and grown a combined social following of over 5 million loyal fans, who call themselves the #Samily.

Last night, stars of the stage and screen dazzled a full house at the Theatre at ACE Hotel during the first ever The 24 Hour Musicals: Los Angeles. The event raised money for the Dramatists Legal Defense Fund, a nonprofit arm of the Dramatists Guild of America, which advocates for the freedom of expression on behalf of all who are confronting censorship on stages across America. Walt Disney Records has released the compilation album Everybody Loves Disney, now available at all download stores and streaming services. The album features YouTube stars with a combined 14 million subscribers and 2.7 billion views, delivering their own unique interpretations of classic Disney songs. Each artist revealed their music videos on their respective social media platforms on the digital album release date, Friday, March 25 th. The unique collaboration between the label and YouTube stars is in celebration of last year's Top 10 Billboard album, We Love Disney, produced by David Foster.
