Hearst Foundations Award $35,000 to Stella Adler Studio of Acting

The Stella Adler Studio of Acting was awarded a $35,000 grant from The Hearst Foundations. The world renowned studio will use the funds to expand their Outreach Division, which provides free actor training to underprivileged students in New York City.

ABC President Paul Lee spoke with reporters in more detail about the announced WICKED miniseries. 'It's epic, it's romantic, and it's very much within our brand,' he said. 'We're in the development stage. I don't know if we're going to get there, but the notion of having it resonate elsewhere in the company [is] a very good thing for us.'
