During the week of December 27, 2010, ABC aired 5 of the Top 10 non-sports TV programs in Adults 18-49, including 3 of the Top 4 and the No. 1 scripted show with 'Desperate Housewives': 'Desperate Housewives' - No. 1, 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 11' - No. 3, 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' - No. 4, 'Brothers & Sisters' - No. 8 and 'Modern Family' - No. 10. ABC's 'Desperate Housewives' was also the most-watched scripted program overall for the week.

McCarthy will be sharing reporting duties live from Times Square with Ryan Seacrest, while Dick Clark will be counting down from inside ABC studios.

Ke$ha and Taio Cruz will perform live from Times Square on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2011,' on Friday, December 31 on the ABC Television Network. Both will make their debut performances as Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest host the show live in New York with Times Square Correspondent Jenny McCarthy. In 2010 alone, Ke$ha has dominated the charts with five Billboard Hot 100 Top 10s. Her debut album Animal has been certified platinum, having sold over 1 million units in the U.S. and 2 million worldwide. Multi-platinum UK singer/songwriter/pop star Taio Cruz's debut album, Rokstarr, spawned not one but two triple-platinum singles with 'Break Your Heart,' featuring Ludacris, and 'Dynamite.' 'Break Your Heart,' climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March and made history as the biggest ever jump to No. 1 by a newcomer to the chart.

For the 39th consecutive year, 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2011' will lead America into the New Year. Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest will host the special with recently announced Times Square Correspondent Jenny McCarthy. The show will begin at 10:00 p.m., ET on Friday, December 31 on the ABC Television Network. Singer/songwriter Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas returns to host the Los Angeles-based party portions of the specials. The Los Angeles lineup includes performances by Jennifer Hudson, Willow Smith, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavigne, Drake, Jason Derulo, La Roux, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield, Far East Movement and Train.

As Arena Stage begins a new life in its renovated home at the Mead Center for American Theater in Southwest D.C., it opens its inaugural season with a classic American musical that similarly embraces life on a new frontier. Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! is the first production at the Mead Center and features an all-star cast under the direction of Artistic Director Molly Smith. Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma! runs October 22-December 26, 2010 in the Fichandler Stage.
