The gangbusters theatre company presents SUNSHINE, written by William Mastrosimone & directed by Corryn Cummins, produced by Dana Lyn Baron, and starring Mary Kelsey, Donnie Smith and Adam Garst. The show runs as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival, playing now through June 28, 2015.

A play in 65 minutes, SUNSHINE is the story of a small-time stripper at Club Paradise, where women sit in isolated Plexiglas booths and talk dirty to their customers. Sunshine is the star of this place, with her name up in lights. And her unexpected encounter with disillusioned paramedic Nelson offers two lost souls a window to love and acceptance.

On March 16, 2015, the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle announced its winners and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura County theater in the year 2014. The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle has announced its nominations and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles and Orange County theatre for the year 2014 (Dec. 1, 2013 - Nov. 30, 2014). The 46th Annual Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards ceremony will take place on Monday, March 16, 2015 at Beyond the Stars Palace, 417 N. Brand Boulevard in Glendale.

Beneath the genteel suburban surface in A DELICATE BALANCE, the real questions raised are existential, abstract, and dangerous - from the unknown fear that taunts their neighbors to the response they receive from Agnes and Tobias, a couple who has been living in separate bedrooms for years in their own home. 'The play is concerned with the isolation of people who have turned their backs on participating fully in their own lives and therefore cannot participate fully in anyone else's life,' explained Albee to biographer Mel Gussow.
