Tyne Daly to Lead New Terrence McNally Play at Bucks County Playhouse This Summer

Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) (Jed Bernstein, Producing Director) has announced that single tickets are now on sale for the 2013 Playhouse Productions summer season. The world premiere of a new play by four time Tony Award -winning playwright Terrence McNally has been added to the list of previously announced shows. It will star Tony and Emmy Award- winner Tyne Daly. The balance of the season is made up of acclaimed musicals and plays and a production specifically for families. The summer season kicks off on Thursday, May 23rd at the Bucks County Playhouse (70 South Main Street, New Hope, PA).

Milan Records will release The Company You Keep – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack digitally and in stores on April 2, 2013. The album features original music by 2012 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductee, composer Cliff Martinez (Drive, Solaris).
Families of Sandy Hook Victims to Benefit from Sale of N. A. Noel's 'Be Still' Limited Edition Prints

Artist Nancy Noel has joined with the My Sandy Hook Family Fund to offer limited edition prints of a new memorial painting, 'Be Still.' Proceeds will aid families of the victims of the December 14, 2012, shooting that took the lives of 20 children and six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. The tragedy not only left the victims' families dealing with indescribable grief but also with financial strains. To help alleviate the burden, families of the children who survived created the My Sandy Hook Family Fund.
Michael Feinstein and Music Luminary André Previn Rediscover Previn Works

The supremely talented singer and pianist Michael Feinstein collaborates with legendary composer-conductor-pianist André Previn for an album celebrating Previn's repertoire from his lesser-known catalog of pop songs, including many that were written for film. The album, titled Change of Heart: The Songs of André Previn, is set for release by Telarc International on April 16, 2013.

Broadway and Bucks County Playhouse Producing Director Jed Bernstein will be recognized at The Media Theatre Gala on Saturday February 23 for his contribution to the American theatre. He will receive the 2013 Achievement in The Theatre Award during the evening's pre-show ceremony, which will culminate with a performance by Broadway star Justin Guarini.

Community groups Gabriela Women's Party and Gabriela, which fight for Filipino women's rights, and theater organization New Voice Company, which is best known for its repeated 'stagings' of Tony winner Eve Ensler's 'The Vagina Monologues' in the Philippines, will join women and men in 200 countries to celebrate Ensler's 15-year effort to end violence against women and girls via ONE BILLION RISING, where participants 'strike, dance, and rise' along Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City on Valentine's Day, today, February 14.
