Stage Door Records' compilation CD LOST WEST END 2 - LONDON'S FORGOTTEN MUSICALS is released in stores today July 29th.

Stage Door Records are pleased to make available a 'first listen' of the complete track 'I've Always Had A Dream' from the forthcoming album 'Lost West End 2'. The song is from the 1977 musical 'Drake's Dream' which opened at the Shaftesbury Theatre on December 7th 1977 and ran for 82 performances. The track is performed by leading actor / singer (and former lead vocalist of Manfred Mann) Paul Jones.

Following the critically acclaimed release of LOST WEST END in 2015, an album highlighted in The Sunday Times as an "Essential New Release"; Stage Door Records are pleased to continue the album series with the release of LOST WEST END 2 on July 29.

State Theatre presents Martin Short for the State Theatre's 2016 Benefit Gala on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 6pm. Performance only tickets range from $35-$85. Gala tickets are $700.

The cult classic musical Reefer Madness, with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, was presented in concert at 54 Below on April 19 and 20, featuring original cast members from the production and movie, Christian Campbell, John Kassir, Harry S. Without a doubt there are scenes in Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus that are difficult to watch. Actions that might come across as ludicrous on the page make one shrink with revulsion when viewed in the flesh, and within the confines of a small theater the effect is much like that of a horror show taken to the limit. Rape, murder, dismemberment, more murder, and about as much brutality as a person can handle in one sitting is what you'll find here. That Coeurage Theatre Company can stage it so that you can still appreciate the art in it is quite an accomplishment.

Curtain times are Wednesday & Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Todays & Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. All tickets, available at (717) 214-ARTS, are priced at $25 except Wednesday, June 18 when all tickets are $15. The event will be anchored in Cornish's mission and revolves around conversations and topics that relate to the development and cultivation of our students as artists, innovators and citizens.
