With original stars Len Cariou, Penny Fuller & Lee Roy Reams, 54 Below reunited three of the original stars of this Strouse/Adams/Comden/Green smash musical Applause, in celebration of a most cherished score. The trio reminisced and re-lived adored songs such as The Best Night of My Life, Think How It's Gonna Be & One Hallowe'en along with the amazing supporting cast. Blake Daniel (Spring Awakening) will join the cast of Justin Sayre's Play, The Click of the Lock. Daniel joins the cast already featuring Tony Nominated Downtown Performer Justin Vivian Bond, Zachary Booth (Damages, Keep the Lights On), Rob Maitner (Urinetown, NY Fringe Festival; Bistro Award for Fairy Tales at the WPA Theater), Brian Barefoot, Jax Jackson, Grant Chapman & Chris Tyler. The reading will be held at the Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South in Manhattan) at 8:00 PM, with a cocktail reception starting at 7pm. The Bros are back on Monday, January 27 at 9:30pm! After their sold-out show Bromance: in Concert, Ewalt and Walker are returning to Joe's Pub and bringing all their friends with them! The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - the acclaimed comedy/variety show hailed as 'rambunctious, uproarious and unpredictable' by The Wall Street Journal, 'delicious and delightfully droll' by The New York Post, and 'hilarious and sardonic' by The Village Voice - has moved to 54 BELOW for a six month run after four sell-out seasons in New York's West Village. The next show will be today, December 18 at 9:30 PM.
