TV Guide Network today announced the first round of celebrity panelists to join 'Curb: The Discussion' - exclusive, never-before-seen extras that will air immediately following each 'Curb' episode premiering on the network starting this summer. Integrity Voting Systems, the Awards' official teller mailed the nominations secret ballots were mailed on November 26. Voting was completed by noon Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008.
