Big Thunder Productions' #YesAllWomen Raise Your Voice will be presented by the Tank on Friday, November 21 at 9:30 P.M., featuring a stellar lineup of performers including Wicked's Jenna Leigh Green, Wunderkind's creator and star Tim Realbuto, and emcee Dana Aber. From the hotbed of American theatre in New York City, Big Thunder Productions has cultivated the #YesAllWomen Raise Your Voice concert project hoping to connect performing arts communities around the country and give their voice to this immediate social issue of gender inequality. The concert of original songs will address the many complicated sides of the gender equality movement through the work of contemporary NYC composers and songs written specifically for the show.

American Lyric Theater (ALT) presents the work of two of its distinguished alumni from the Composer Librettist Development Program (CLDP) in concert at The National Opera Center, 330 7th Avenue in New York City, on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 3:00 PM. Librettist Royce Vavrek and Composer Aleksandra Vrebalov were both Resident Artists in the inaugural season of the CLDP in 2007-08. Since that time, both artists have established themselves as unique and compelling voices in the opera field, creating visceral work for stages around the world.

4@15: Four New Fifteen-Minute Musicals, performed in conjunction with NYU Steinhardt, will commence performances this weekend, January 25 and 26, for five performances only at The Pless Hall Black Box Theatre, featuring new works from writers Miriam Daly, Jamie Cowperthwait and Salomon Lerner, Rachel Peters, and Scotty Arnold and Alana Jacoby. At a benefit event held for New Georges on Sunday, September 22, Producing Artistic Director Susan Bernfield and board member Michael Osso announced a new program at New Georges, The Audrey Residencies, and the artists and projects chosen for 2013-14, the program's inaugural year. Sunday's event also featured the premiere showing of a video about New Georges produced by tdf for tdfSTAGES' Meet the Theatre series and directed by Mark Blankenship, tdf's online content editor, to be released in early November.
