On Sunday night, Delta Air Lines announced that they were ending their four-year-old sponsorship agreement with the Public Theater over their current Shakespeare in the Park production of JULIUS CAESAR. The play, which is set to open at Central Park's Delacorte Theatre on Monday, depicts the Roman dictator in a way that calls to mind President Donald Trump.

Just last night, The Public Theater celebrated its Annual Gala, HAIR TO HAMILTON, 50 Years of Revolutionary Musicals, at the Delacorte Theater. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, with musical direction by Rob Fisher and Nadia DiGiallonardo, the 90-minute concert featured songs from The Public's most beloved and groundbreaking musicals performed by some of the most celebrated voices in theater. Amy Wolk and Nikki M. James present 'I Only Have Lies For You', a new live gameshow that pits Broadway panelists against each other in a lying contest. Two teams of three will go head-to-head telling stories, some of which may not be true---it is up to the other team to guess, Truth or Lie. Featuring musical direction by Nate Buccieri, panelists will defend their stories by all means possible, including song and dance. Hosted by MAC Award winner Amy Wolk, 'I Only Have Lies For You' will be presented monthly at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York City, and will be recorded as a podcast.
