A Relief Benefit Concert for the Philippines at The Pasadena Playhouse, a one-night-only event, will take place on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:30pm. Proceeds will support the American Red Cross' Typhoon Appeal and its efforts to assist overseas as the people of the Philippines begin to recover and rebuild.

In response to the devastating typhoon and its aftermath in the Philippines, producers Patty Onagan and Ronn Goswick have announced A Relief Benefit Concert for the Philippines at The Pasadena Playhouse, a one-night-only event on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:30pm. Proceeds will support the American Red Cross' Typhoon Appeal and its efforts to assist overseas as the people of the Philippines begin to recover and rebuild.

The sultry, stylish world of "Moulin Rouge" meets the silk-and-diamond decadence of "The Great Gatsby" in "For The Record: Baz Luhrmann" as Lurhmann's best films spring to life before your eyes in this theatrical concert. Powerhouse performers from music, stage and screen fill the space around you with iconic scenes and songs from "Moulin Rouge," "Romeo + Juliet," "Strictly Ballroom" and "The Great Gatsby." In this special holiday extension of the popular For the Record show, Rockwell: Table & Stage will be decked-out with seasonal decor while the back patio will be transformed into a Gatsby-style 1920s' retreat. On Wednesday, October 30th, the blockbuster musical, WICKED, will celebrate its 10th Anniversary on Broadway, a milestone achieved by only ten other Broadway productions in history. The creative team and many of the musical's previous cast members will celebrate WICKED's first decade with a special performance, followed by a company party, on October 30th at 7:00pm. BroadwayWorld will be counting down to the milestone with daily flashbacks of Wicked's biggest events, most memorable cast members, and best performances. La Miranda Theatre for the Performing Arts and McCoy Rigby Entertainment present the second production in its 2013-1014 season of shows, the Tony & Pulitzer Prize Award-winning play, RABBIT HOLE, written by David Lindsay-Abaire and directed by Michael Matthews. The Colorado Symphony performs "Wicked Divas," a concert of Broadway showstoppers Saturday, October 12, 2013, 7:30 pm at Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, featuring conductor Randall Craig Fleischer and vocalists Nicole Parker and Emily Rozek. The concert will showcase popular songs from the "untold tale of the witches of Oz," in addition to favorites from Gypsy, Ragtime, Titanic and Carmen.

The tenth anniversary Deer Valley Music Festival continues into its third week with a combination of two show-stopping productions. Broadway stars will steal the show in 'Bravo Broadway: The Wicked Divas' tonight, July 12, and trumpeter Arturo Sandoval will blow the audience away when he performs Latin, jazz and classical music alongside the Utah Symphony on Saturday, July 13.
