The 2013 Tribeca Film Festival (TFF), presented by American Express, today announced its lineup for the 2013 Tribeca Talks panel series.

Performances begin tonight, March 21, 2013, at 8 pm at the Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street) for Douglas Carter Beane's new play The Nance directed by Jack O'Brien. This production features Jenni Barber, Andrea Burns, Cady Huffman, Mylinda Hull, Nathan Lane, Geoffrey Allen Murphy, Jonny Orsini and Lewis J. Stadlen. Opening night is Monday, April 15.

Superman finds his Lois Lane! Joining Edward Watts (Superman) in the New York City Center Encores! production of It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's Superman will be Jenny Powers as Lois Lane and David Pittu as the evil Dr. Sedgwick, along with Erich Bergen, Alli Mauzey, James Saito and Will Swenson. Superman will play at City Center for seven performances, tonight, March 20 - 24, and will be directed by John Rando with choreography by Joshua Bergasse and music direction by Rob Berman.

On Monday, March 25 (7:00pm), Hunter will perform his new show 'You Make Me Feel So Young' that recently played to sold-out crowds at the Austin Cabaret Theatre in Austin, TX. Musical Director is Larry Yurman. Expect to hear Sondheim, Comden and Green, Rodgers and Hart, Jerry Herman, and more, as Hunter tells his story from growing up in Dallas, to pursuing his dreams on the Great White Way.

GLAAD, the nation's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy organization, today announced that Madonna will present journalist, author and talk show host Anderson Cooper with the Vito Russo Award at the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at the New York ceremony tonight, March 16, 2013 at the New York Marriot Marquis, presented locally by Delta Air Lines. The GLAAD Media Awards are presented nationally by Ketel One and Wells Fargo.

Cone Man Running Productions' is bringing the Regional Premiere of Christopher Trumbo's 2003 play TRUMBO: RED, WHITE AND BLACKLISTED to Houston. The play mounted on Broadway with a revolving door of big name celebrities playing Christopher Trumbo's father, Dalton Trumbo. Nathan Lane, Tim Robbins, Brian Dennehy, Ed Harris, Chris Cooper, and Gore Vidal all spent some inhabiting the heroically indefatigable Dalton Trumbo. In New York, the actors were not off-book, carrying the script on stage with them. Cone Man Running Productions has its three actors off-book as much as possible, only reading from the witty and wordy letters composed by Dalton Trumbo.

In an interview with The Wrap published yesterday, Brooks came closer than ever to confirm that he will be bringing a stage adaptation of his 1974 satirical Western comedy 'Blazing Saddles' to the Great White Way.

Guild Hall, the visual and performing arts center on eastern Long Island, recently honored the recipients of the 28th Academy of the Arts Lifetime Achievement Awards: John Alexander for Visual Arts; Walter Isaacson for Literary Arts; Nathan Lane for Performing Arts and Mickey Straus, who received the Special Award for Leadership and Philanthropy.
