SHE LOVES ME, the musical comedy currently playing at Westport Country Playhouse, has extended their run thru Saturday May 15. Originally scheduled to end May 8, the four additional performances will be May 13-14 at 8 pm, and May 15 at 4 and 8 pm.

The Gallery Players proudly announces its line up for The 13th Annual Black Box New Play Festival. GPR Records, the new CD label specializing in Broadway, classical, spoken word and children's music, is sponsoring a poetry contest that will take place on Twitter, called TwItsPoetic, to celebrate National Poetry Month and the release of their first CD Poetic License: 100 Poems by 100 Performers.

The New York Times is reporting that the Off-Broadway hit Yank! is now Broadway-bound for the 2010-2011 theatre season. No details on the theatre, schedule or if the cast would remain in tact were announced for the move, which is said to be budgeted at $5 million dollars.

Joseph, who was in 4 B'way musicals last year, will go straight from the hit 'Yank!' into the latest Encores! show.
