FOX celebrates the new year with a star-studded night of entertainment with NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE, airing tonight, Dec. 31 (11:00 PM-12:30 AM ET live; CT/MT/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.

The 'Entertainment Capital of the World' and MGM Resorts International properties along the Las Vegas Strip will be the place to ring in the 2014 New Year. Celebrate New Year's Eve with spectacular nightlife, exciting shows and extraordinary restaurants - all topped off with one of the world's premier fireworks shows.

Hakkasan Las Vegas, the five-level restaurant and nightlife mecca inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, today announced Calvin Harris as its highly anticipated New Year's Eve headlining artist who will take over the main room for an unrivaled evening tonight, Dec. 31.

Joe's Pub has announced this week's performances, running Dec. 30 - Jan. 5. The slate features PAM ANN, SANDRA BERNHARD, JP JOFRE, PAULETTE MCWILLIAMS, SOMETHING STEPHEN SAID, and LARRY KRONE AND FAMILY.

2013 saw some really good, interesting shows that will be remembered and cherished by those who saw them or who will see them. Top among these is Michael Jackson ONE, Cirque du Soleil's newest entry in the Las Vegas market and its newest show anywhere. It is stunning, spectacular. The title comes from Jackson himself. He said, 'We're putting love back into the world. To remind the world that love is important. To love each other. We are one.'

According to the Associated Press, drummer Ricky Lawson passed away Monday, December 23, 2013, following following a brain aneurism. He was 59.

The Global Citizenship Service at Cirque du Soleil will reveal their 9th annual art exhibition, PARADE: The Collective, on Friday, Jan. 3. Artists will be available during the collection's preview on Thursday, Jan. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition will run Jan. 2 - 30 at the Trifecta Gallery inside the Arts Factory in downtown Las Vegas and is free and open to the public.

iLuminate Productions recently announced the upcoming opening of their new 2014 edition. iLUMINATE (formerly titled Artist of Light) is in performances now with the official Opening Night set for Monday, January 27th. iLuminate wowed the nation with their groundbreaking light suits and innovative dance moves on NBC's "America's Got Talent," where the dance-in-the-dark sensation was selected as one of the hit show's top finalists.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, talk show host Arsenio Hall was uninjured in a minor car accident which occured around 7:15 pm/PT yesterday in West HIlls.

Sommore has been referred to as 'The Diva of Contemporary Comedy.' Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Sommore is becoming known as one of America's top comediennes. Sommore has appeared on Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam, Showtime at the Apollo, and BET's Live from L.A. She was also the first female host of BET's Comicview. During her Standing Ovation Tour, Sommore will be accompanied by four other comedy acts: Bill Bellamy, Tommy Davidson, Mark Curry and Tony Rock.
