On Today, March 15, Cirque du Soleil and the Springs Preserve will host the 13th annual "Run Away with Cirque du Soleil" 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Walk to kick-off ONE DROP World Water Week. Mayor Carolyn Goodman will be on hand to perform the race start and Nevada Public Radio's President and General Manager Flo Rogers will act as emcee for the day's events.

On Today, March 13, the Houston Symphony will continue its legendary centennial celebration by performing alongside one of the leading figures in the recording industry, Steve Tyrell. Under the leadership of Houston Symphony Associate Conductor Robert Franz, Tyrell and the orchestra will perform American standards like 'You're So Nice to Come Home To,' 'The Way You Look Tonight' and 'I Get a Kick Out of You,' to name just a few. Theatrical singer, songwriter, actor, writer, model, dancer and DJ, Kenyon Phillips announced today that writer/blogger Michael Musto, writer/performer David Cale, and actor/singer and drag performer Flotilla DeBarge (HBO's Angels in America) will join the cast of the world premiere performance of The Life + Death of Kenyon Phillips. Musto will play the role of Kenyon's therapist, Cale a reporter, and Flotilla will portray Kenyon's ex-girlfriend, Gina. Producers Kevin McCollum, Doug Morris and Berry Gordy have announced that Clifton Oliver and Allison Semmes have been cast in the leading roles of Berry Gordy and Diana Ross in MOTOWN THE MUSICAL.
