Walden Media Joins Steven Spielberg's THE BFG as Producer

The Off-Broadway League has announced details for the 2015 Lucille Lortel Awards, which will celebrate 30 years of recognizing Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway. The 30th Annual Lucille Lortel Awards will be handed out on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the NYU Skirball Center, beginning at 7:00 PM EST. The program will be co-hosted by Emmy Award Nominees Jesse Tyler Ferguson ("Modern Family") and Anna Chlumsky ("Veep," Broadway's upcoming "Living on Love").

York Little Theatre (YLT) will present the tragicomedy AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY March 20-22 & 26-29 in The Bon-Ton Studio. Set in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY is a portrait of family dysfunction in the midst of a major meltdown. This tragicomedy exposes the dark side of the Midwestern American family. When the Weston family unexpectedly reunites after Dad disappears, the foul-mouthed, pill popping mother and the three sisters explode in a whirlwind of unsettling family secrets and repressed reality. This 2008 Pulitzer Prize-winning play also won the Tony Award for best play the same year. The play was made into a movie released in 2013 that starred Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts.

Good morning, Bachelor friends!!! Last night ABC aired the grand Bachelor tradition that is “The Women Tell All,” and boy, did those women tell all. And by that, I mean they told absolutely nothing. Aside from the expected copious amounts of confrontation, use of the word “like,” and errant glitter that magically doesn't come off with tears, there were no big announcements tonight, like who the next Bachelorette will be, or whether Chris Soules is really the twelfth contestant on Dancing With the Stars (oh help us all). Unless you count the unveiling of Chris Harrison's romance novel (what?). In any case, we're going Buzzfeed style tonight and making this a super fun list recap. I need to save all possible brain power for next week's epic grand finale.
