On Monday, August 22, the 29th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Concert Series at Wingate Field, hosted by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, will welcome Beres Hammond, Shaggy and The Mighty Sparrow for the Annual Caribbean Night show.

Cape Rep Theatre will continue its 26th Season on September 15 with the World Premiere of Maura Hanlon's Good Bye Mary Rose. Hanlon will also direct. Performances will continue through October 16. Performances take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm. No performance on September 18. There will be an additional performance on Wednesday, October 5 at 7pm. Tickets are currently available as part of a 3 and 4 play subscriptions. Individual tickets are also on sale. Tickets are $25. Brass Transit, a tribute act to classic rock-jazz band Chicago, will perform at the Suncoast Showroom, September 10 and 11, each evening at 7:30 p.m.

Beginning July 11 and through August 22, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will host the 33rd annual Seaside Summer Concert Series at a new location in Coney Island and the 29th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Concert Series at Wingate Field in Crown Heights/Central Brooklyn.

Cape Rep Theatre will continue its 26th Season on June 23 with Annie Baker's Circle Mirror Transformation. William Roudebush will direct. Performances will continue through July 17. Performances take place on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm and Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm. There will be an additional performance on Sunday, June 26. .
