The producers of the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical JERSEY BOYS have announced that Richard H. Blake (Legally Blonde, Wicked) will join the cast on Thursday, January 9, 2014 in the role of 'Tommy DeVito.' He assumes the role from Andy Karl who departs the production following the Sunday, December 1st performance. John Gardiner, who played 'Tommy' on the national tour, will perform the role from December 3, 2013 through Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

JERSEY BOYS opened on Broadway to critical acclaim at the August Wilson Theatre (then called the Virginia Theatre). To celebrate Columbus Day Weekend, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical JERSEY BOYS has added a performance tonight, October 13 at 7pm. To make the accommodation, there will be no evening performance on Wednesday, October 9 and the curtain time of the matinee today, October 13 is at 2pm.

As of the performance last Friday, August 23rd, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical JERSEY BOYS surpassed Life with Father with 3,225 performances, becoming the 16th longest-running show in Broadway history.

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Andrew Levine, Executive Director) will host aspecial gala event featuring several numbers from the Richard Rodgers Award-winning new musical in development, Buddy's Tavern, with book by Raymond DeFelitta, lyrics by Alison Louise Hubbard, and music by Kim Oler. The institutional fundraising event is set for TONIGHT, August 5 at the Alexandre Gertsman Contemporary Art Gallery (652 Broadway, 2nd Floor, between Bleecker and Bond Streets). Portion of the proceeds collected by the Gertsman Gallery will be donated to The York Theatre Company.

Spector returns to the role of 'Frankie Valli' on Tuesday, October 2, following the final performance of Tony winner John Lloyd Young on Sunday, September 30. Gehling assumes the role of 'Bob Gaudio' joining Jeremy Kushnier as 'Tommy DeVito' on Tuesday, October 9, following the departure of current stars Quinn VanAntwerp and Andy Karl (respectively) after the Sunday, October 7 performance.
