On Monday, January 27 (3pm and 7pm), Cherry Lane Theatre will present Love/Kill by Joe Pintauro. The project will be directed by Valentina Fratti and will feature the talents of Angelina Fiordellisi, Mandy Gonzales, Alex Morgan, Dennis Parlato and Peter McRobbie.

The 2013 season will include fully staged productions of new plays by Seth Zvi Rosenfeld andMozhan Marno, as well as two exciting musical workshops: the Steve Martin & Edie Brickell collaboration Bright Star (featuring music from their newly released recording "Love Has Come For You"), directed by Tony Award-winner Walter Bobbie (Chicago); and A new musical inspired by The Brooklyn Hero Supply Company, music and lyrics by Peter Lerman, book by Simon Rich, based on characters created by Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Michael Chabon and Ayelet Waldman, directed by Tony Award-winner Michael Mayer (Spring Awakening). Robert Falls' major revival of THE ICEMAN COMETH will not take a Broadway bow, the theatre confirmed to the Chicago Tribune this morning.

Producer Scott Rudin, who holds the rights to produce the show on Broadway, has decided not to stage the Goodman Theatre production on the Great White Way.

George Street Playhouse Artistic Director David Saint today announced that the New Brunswick's theatre's 39th season will open with One Slight Hitch, by comedian and regular contributor to "The Daily Show," LEWIS BLACK. Starring in this delightful modern farce will be actor MARK LINN-BAKER, who was recently seen on Broadway in Relatively Speaking and is known to television audiences from the hit comedy Perfect Strangers.

Chloe Sevigny ("Big Love", Boys Don't Cry, American Psycho) is set to star in Abigail/1702, written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa with direction by David Esbjornson. Abigail/1702 runs from Wednesday, June 27th to Sunday, July 8th.

Earlier this morning, stage and screen stars Kristin Chenoweth & Jim Parsons announced this year's Tony nominees from the New York Public Library. In a season as rich as this past theatrical season though, there are only so many spots for nominees and some very talented shows and performers were not nominated. HA! is a trio of Rich Orloff's one-act comedies. The three plays have had a total of over 300 productions in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Each of the three comedies has been published in the annual Best American Short Plays anthology. Check out the production photos below!
