Now on its second week, MultiStages Theatre presents the world premiere of Desi Moreno-Penson's Comida de Puta (F%&king Lousy Food), directed by producing artistic director Lorca Peress. Comida de Puta (F%&king Lousy Food) plays a limited engagement at The West End Theatre (Church of St Paul and St Andrew at 263 West 86th Street, New York, NY 10024). MULTISTAGES THEATRE is pleased to announce the world premiere of Desi Moreno-Penson's Comida de Puta (F%&king Lousy Food), directed by producing artistic director Lorca Peress. Comida de Puta (F%&king Lousy Food) will play a limited engagement at The West End Theatre (Church of St Paul and St Andrew at 263 West 86th Street, New York, NY 10024). Performances begin Wednesday, April 8th and continue through Sunday, April 26th. Opening Night is Friday, April 10th at 8 p.m.

Uruguayan pianist/producer Polly Ferman will present 'GlamourTango,' the all-female multi-media music and dance spectacle that pays tribute to the women who, until now, have not been recognized for their early contributions to the irresistible art form. The show includes fascinating and rarely seen black and white films from Argentina, recorded in the early forties, featuring female singers and tango dancers. Polly Ferman has created and produced this stylish production of tango music and dance from South America's Rio de la Plata region, performed by an ensemble of musicians, vocalists and dancers who specialize in the art of Tango.

A Tango tale in three parts, Recuerdo reflects on the present, past and everyday life through a series of vignettes. This world premiere features nine outstanding dancers, a live four-piece band, and vocalist Sofia Tosello under the direction of renowned dancer and choreographer Mariela Franganillo and Bob McAndrew, Recuerdo combines both early and modern expressions of tango to explore a variety of forms of memory -ranging in tone from passionate to comical and reaching the boundaries of tender to tormented. Rediscover the vitality of Tango in an evening of impassioned dance.
