Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN), the nation's leading multicultural marketing agency, announced that it is set to produce global pop icon Marc Anthony's' highly anticipated world tour, 'Vivir Mi Vida,' which will see the multi Grammy Award-winner and his band travel across three continents and 15 countries, visiting places of great significance to the artist as well as new locations, most notably Australia. The 12-city stateside trek is set to kick off today, August 23 at Miami's American Airlines Arena.

Global music ambassador Marc Anthony and entrepreneur Henry Cardenas are set to host a reception benefitting the Maestro Cares Foundation on Monday, September 9 from 7:00-11:00pm at Chicago's Y Bar, located at 224 W. Ontario in the city's River North area. All proceeds from the fundraiser, which will feature a special appearance by the international superstar, will benefit the non-profit organization, founded by Anthony and Cardenas in January 2012 to support disadvantaged children throughout Latin America.

If you are alive and well in Houston, you know that audiences were able to pick from three different productions of Stephen Sondheim's infamous SWEENEY TODD: THE DEMON BARBER OF STREET FLEET last weekend. Two of those productions even share the same opening and closing dates. Luckily for Houston audiences, each version of SWEENEY TODD being produced is distinctly different and unique, giving ample reason for local audiences to venture out and experience each one. Pasadena's Stage Door, Inc.'s SWEENY TODD adds the Steampunk aesthetic to the classic musical, giving the production an intriguing facelift that doesn't interfere in any way with the storytelling.
