The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey will launch its 51st Season with J.M. Synge's classic The Playboy of the Western World. Performances begin May 29th and continue through June 23rd at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre, 36 Madison Ave. (at Lancaster Road) in Madison. Individual tickets and discount ticket packages are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the box office at 973-408-5600 or by visiting www.ShakespeareNJ.org. Performances are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays at 7:30 p.m.; Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m.; and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Individual tickets range from $35 to $70; student rush tickets are available 30 minutes prior to curtain for $15.

Musical theatre composer/ lyricist and cabaret performer Seth Bisen-Hersh returns to Don't Tell Mama with a brand new song cycle: If Adele Can Do It, So Can I: an evening of mostly sorrow, tonight, March 21st at 8PM and Friday, March 22nd at 9:15pm.

The Vagabond Theatre Ensemble will be presenting the Cabin Fever Festival throughout the month of February at the Medicine Show Theater (549 West 52nd Street) with their main stage production of THE WENDIGO as the centerpiece. The Cabin Fever Festival was established as an opportunity to create a dialogue among the new voices in our theatrical community. The festival will include a variety of new artistic works from both young emerging artists and seasoned professionals in all artistic fields. Writers, actors, singers and artists in every form have come together in this month long celebration of the arts at a time when theatrical opportunity has become a limited occasion. We are proud to have created a safe environment for new work to thrive. Lost in the wilderness, four hunters venture deep into a world they were never meant to see...
