Inspired by a hot flash and a bottle of wine, Menopause The Musical® made its Long Island regional premiere on Thursday, July 9th (8PM) at Port Washington's Landmark on Main Street Theatre for a limited engagement through August 30th.

You may remember how Menopause the Musical unexpectedly became off Broadway's 'Hottest' Musical back in 2002. Well get ready for a fully produced professional production to come to Port Washington's Landmark on Main Street Theater.

Presented by GFour Productions, single tickets for the tour-de-force revue are now on sale with discounted prices for groups of 10+ are also available. Menopause The Musical® will debut in historic Port Washington, one of the most charming villages on Long Island's North Shore (232 Main St. Port Washington -- FREE parking & walking distance from the railroad station). The production will have its official press opening on Thursday, July 16th (8PM).

Following a highly successful workshop production in 2007, Barefoot Theatre Company will present the World Premiere of 'Dog Day Afternoon', a new play based on actual events that inspired the academy award winning film.

Ripper, a new musical about Jack the Ripper, will be presented as a free reading at New World Stages (340 W. 50th St.) on March 19th at 7:30 PM.

George S. Irving, who received a Tony nomination for creating the role of Sir John Tremayne in Me and My Girl, will reprise his role as the comical nobleman in the upcoming Musicals Tonight concert staging of the show, which will take place at the McGinn/Cazale Theater from October 24th through November 5th
