The Pulitzer Prize winning play DISGRACED by Ayad Akhtar will have its Broadway premiere this fall starring Hari Dhillon (star of the acclaimed London's Bush Theatre production), Gretchen Mol ('Boardwalk Empire'), Karen Pittman (Domesticated) and Josh Radnor ('How I Met Your Mother'). In addition to the Pulitzer Prize, DISGRACED has received Obie and Joseph Jefferson Awards. Kimberly Senior, who helmed the two previous US productions, will direct. A developmental reading of The Geranium on the Windowsill Just Died But Teacher You Went Right On, a musical adaptation based on the best-selling book by Albert Cullum, featuring a book and lyrics by Michael Lluberes and music by Jared M. Dembowski, is set for October 20th at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center in New York City.

The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDCF) announces this season's Joe A. Callaway Award winners for Direction and Choreography from more than 200 eligible productions in the 2013-2014 New York City theatre season. This year's awards will be presented to John Rando for his direction of The Heir Apparent, produced by Classic Stage Company, and Martha Clarke for her choreography of Cheri, produced by Signature Theatre.

Special Event from November 6 - 16, 2014 at City Center. The Band Wagon will open on Sunday, November 8.
