Liam Tamne - star of Les Miserables and Hairspray in the West End - featured on this evening's episode of BBC One's talent search The Voice.

The West End production of LES MISERABLES welcomed some new cast members last month, including Broadway veteran Sierra Boggess as 'Fantine', as well as 'Over the Rainbow' winner Danielle Hope as 'Eponine.' Additional current cast members include: Geronimo Rauch, Tam Mutu, Cameron Blakely, Linzi Hateley, Samantha Dorsey, Liam Tamne, and Craig Mather. The In-Between is a new fantasy musical written entirely by Laura Tisdall, an up and coming musical theatre writer. The show is a fully written, two act production which is yet to receive any commercial backing. Therefore this original concept album is great publicity to showcase Tisdall's work, and judging by what I have heard, she ought be snapped up immediately. All of the orchestrations, original instrumental programming, recording, mixing, lyrics and book have been done by Tisdall which is no mean feat! This is one talented lady.

The concept of new musical The In-Between, featuring nine leading West End stars, was released on June 23, 2012. Cast members Daniel Boys and Lauren Samuels and composer Laura Tisdall attended a special CD signing on the day at Dress Circle Shop to launch the album. Check out photos from the event below!

A CD version of the concept album for new musical The In-Between is being released by Dress Circle today, Saturday 23 June 2012. The album will be launched with an in-store signing from 11am to 12 noon, with cast members just announced to attend including West End stars Sabrina Aloueche, Daniel Boys, Dianne Pilkington and Lauren Samuels.

West End stars Sabrina Aloueche, Hannah Jane Fox, Scott Garnham and Lauren Samuels will be performing songs from new musical The In-Between at this year's West End Live in Trafalgar Square, with sets at 3pm Saturday 23 June and 4.40pm Sunday 24 June. Scott Garnham and Lauren Samuels will be performing on the Saturday, with Sabrina Aloueche and Hannah Jane Fox joining Samuels for the Sunday set.

The Concrete Jungle, an original work from American composer Bobby Cronin opened at the Studio Theatre of London's Arts Educational School on 8th June, 2012, and runs until the 16th June, 2012. The show follows the lives and loves of a group of young singletons who have just moved to New York City as they share stories in their local bar, 'The Concrete Jungle'.

The LES MISERABLES London cast just started a new Q & A series with David Shannon, who is currently playing Jean Val Jean. In this video, Shannon answers fan questions and elaborates on his past work experience, challenges in the show, and embarrassing moments on stage.

The concept album for a new musical, The In-Between, was released online today. Performers featured on the recordings include Sabrina Aloueche, Julie Atherton, Daniel Boys, Cassandra Compton, Hadley Fraser, Alexia Khadime, Dianne Pilkington, Lauren Samuels and Liam Tamne.

Cameron Mackintosh announced today that Ramin Karimloo will extend his run playing 'Jean Valjean' in the legendary musical "LES MISÉRABLES" at the Queen's Theatre until 31 March 2012. David Shannon will then return to the role of 'Jean Valjean' from Tuesday 3 April - Saturday 16 June 2012. He will be followed by Geronimo Rauch who will play the role from Monday 18 June 2012 until Saturday 15 June 2013

Cameron Mackintosh announced on stage at the Manchester Palace at the end of last evening's performance of Oliver! (in which Barks is currently playing Nancy) that she is set to play Eponine in the film version of Les Miserables - the role she played at the 25th anniversary concert and on stage in London.
