42nd Street Moon's Ira Gershwin Celebration kicks off with one of the earliest Gershwin hits: Lady, Be Good!, the first smash hit the Gershwin brothers enjoyed in New York. It opens at the Eureka Theatre on Saturday, April 3, with three low-priced previews on March 31, April 1 and 2, and runs through April 18.

Broadway veteran and 'West Wing' alumna, Allison Janney is set to guest star on USA Network's drama series 'In Plain Sight' alongside Rita Moreno and Steven Weber. Janney will play a newly-appointed US Marshal for the district who butts heads with Mary (Mary McCormack) in the two episode stint.

A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Kramer earlier this season directed Circle Players' revival of Noises Off. And as accomplished as he is as a director, he might best be known as an actor, tackling some of the most sought-after roles for some of the area's finest theatre companies. For Boiler Room Theatre, he's played Finch in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Sparky in Forever Plaid, Harry Witherspoon in Lucky Stiff and Eddie McCuen in The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940.

When Mel Brooks' classic Young Frankenstein makes its way to the Fox Theatre stage in its exciting new musical form, a familiar face to fans of Brooks' previous work will be leading the way (and flipping the switches, laughing maniacally, and Puttin on the Ritz). That face belongs to Roger Bart, familiar to many for his Tony nominated role of Carmen Ghia (and later Leo Bloom) in Mel Brooks' critically acclaimed hit The Producers in addition to numerous award winning theatrical, film and television roles. Roger sat down with me recently to talk a little about his career, working with Mel Brooks and the exciting and 'Abby Normal' thrill it is to be bringing this fresh new musical to Atlanta audiences.
