The recording was made possible with generous support from The Shen Family Foundation.

The digital release of the Original Broadway Cast Recording of Newsies has made debuted on the Billboard charts, landing at #1 on the Top Broadway Chart, #27 on the Top Digital Chart and #74 on the Billboard Top 200.

Ghostlight Records this week went into the recording studio with the cast of Carrie, to record the first-ever cast album. Release dates for the album will be announced at a later time. The cast recording of Carrie will be produced by the show's composer Michael Gore alongside multi-Grammy Award-winner Joel Moss, with Ghostlight Records' Kurt Deutsch serving as Executive Producer. The Original Broadway Cast Recording of NEWSIES is now available digitally today on Ghostlight Records. Ghostlight Records announced today that they will go into the recording studio with the cast of Carrie next week, April 17, to record the first-ever cast album. Release dates for the album will be announced at a later time.

Rodgers & Hammerstein's PIPE DREAM will be recorded live at New York City Center's Encores! series this week, and released this Summer on Ghostlight Records. Produced by Rodgers & Hammerstein: AnImagem Company, this preservation of Rodgers & Hammerstein's 1955 Broadway musical rarity marks the first time an Encores! musical has been recorded live.
