HERE presents The House, as part of the ongoing series startHERE: Innovative Theater for Young People, in collaboration with the Dream Music Puppetry Program. This production plays 6 performances from Wednesday, March 12 - Sunday, March 16 in the Dorothy B. Williams Theater at HERE (145 Sixth Avenue).

The OBIE-winning HERE kicks off CULTUREMART 2014 today, January 28. The event runs through February 9, 2014. In CULTUREMART, process becomes the focus, as this annual festival offers a first look at live performance work in various stages of development from the boundary-breaking artists in the HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP) on their journey to mainstage productions. CULTUREMART 2014 serves up 13 adventurous workshop performances of new hybrid work that blurs the lines between theater, dance, music, multimedia, puppetry and visual art.

As part of the ninth edition of the COIL festival, Performance Space 122 and Danspace Project present the world premiere of Okwui Okpokwasili's Bronx Gothic. Using song, stories and movement, Okpokwasili chronicles the sexual awakening and exploits of two 11-year-old girls living in the Bronx. This solo performance features direction and visual design by Bessie award-winner Peter Born. Due to popular demand, a second week of performances has been added, January 28, 30-February 1.

A HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP) and Dream Music Puppetry Program presentation, The Pigeoning plays December 3 - 22 in the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre at HERE (145 Sixth Avenue, just below Spring Street). Official Opening Night is Wednesday, December 4 at 7:00pm.

HERE launches its 2013-2014 producing season with the premiere of BOTCH, a Resident Artist production by Joe Diebes, developed through the HERE Artist Residency Program (HARP). An inventive convergence of sound and performance, BOTCH plays 10 performances November 12 - 23 at HERE, located at 145 Sixth Avenue, just below Spring Street.

BETH MORRISON PROJECTS and HERE have announced the full lineup for the second annual PROTOTYPE: Opera/Theatre/Now, running January 8-19, 2014 at five venues across New York City: Baruch Performing Arts Center, HERE, Joe's Pub, Roulette, and Trinity Wall Street.

Trade Practices, a new work exploring the notion of 'value' against the backdrop of the booms and busts of the past decade, is set to play October 18 - November 3. Official Opening Night is set for Tuesday, October 22 at 7:00pm. Trade Practices will take place at a site in lower Manhattan's Financial District; address to be announced.

Together, playwright Christine Evans, director Joseph Megel and media designer Jared Mezzocchi have formed Transit Lounge, and You Are Dead. You Are Here. marks the company's debut production. This world premiere plays a limited engagement June 5-22, with Official Opening Night on Sunday, June 9 at 8:30PM at HERE (145 Sixth Avenue, just below Spring Street).

A Marriage: 1 (Suburbia) takes over HERE (145 Sixth Avenue) from tonight, April 23 - May 4, as this immersive interdisciplinary installation fills every space within the building.
