Nothing Like a Dame: Conversations with the Great Women of Musical Theater, a new book by Eddie Shapiro featuring interviews with 20 female musical theatre stars, launched earlier this week at the headquarters of Oxford University Press at 198 Madison Avenue. Attendees got to meet some of the dames of Dames including Laura Benanti, Judy Kaye, Debra Monk, Donna McKechnie, Donna Murphy, Lillias White and Karen Ziemba. Chenoweth called her return to the Glee set 'amazing', but shared that she forgot about 'the hours, I always forget how long and crazy they are, singing and dancing about. But [it's] fun being back with the cast!'

Deadline reports that NBC has stopped production on its freshman comedy series SEAN SAVES THE WORLD, starring Sean Hayes. Twelve episodes have screened so far out of 18; 14 have been filmed. The network will make a decision about airing the final two episodes after the Winter Olympics.
