I sort of wish Kristen Bell wore this dress to the Oscars Sunday night and not just to the Vanity Fair after party. I really liked her first dress but I love this dress. To me it makes more of a statement and has a lot more drama. I get why she wore the soft Roberto Cavalli dress to the Oscars. It was a little fancier and as she said on the red carpet, reminded her of Frozen. And she really did look very beautiful. But in a sea of soft, sequined dresses that night, she kind of just blended in, as did quite a few stars. But this red dress, wow!

Under the direction of Executive Producers Josh Duhamel and Jude Weng, the 8-episode web series follows homeless dogs as they travel hundreds, even thousands, of miles for a better chance of being adopted.
