TBS Sets Premiere Date for Season Two of THE GUEST BOOK

Greg Garcia's anthology comedy series The Guest Book, which premiered as 2017's #1 new cable comedy, returns to TBS on Tuesday, October 23 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) with back-to-back new episodes. Subsequent episodes will air on Tuesdays at 10:30 p.m. (ET/PT).

'Arizona Justice,' written and performed by Katherine Brann Fredricks, is a Michael Moore/Spalding Gray style documentary expose of corruption in Arizona, involving Senator Barry Goldwater, land fraud, water rights, the mob, money laundering and murder between the 1960's and the early 2000's. Theater for the New City's Dream Up Festival will present the play's world premiere August 26 to September 5. Adam Chisnall directs.

Twenty-five years ago, when digital entertainment was nascent, George Lucas and University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts Dean Elizabeth Daley envisioned the Entertainment Technology Center @ USC (ETC@USC or ETC) to bridge the divide between technologists and filmmakers. Today, ETC@USC (etcenter.org) is celebrating a quarter century as Hollywood's premiere think tank and research center dedicated to emerging technology's impact on professional content. On June 26, at its annual Studio Technology Leader's Dinner, ETC will commemorate its anniversary and honor Dean Daley with the Bob Lambert Technology Leadership Award.
The American Black Film Festival Opening Night Set for SUPERFLY

In celebration of the nationwide release of Superfly, in theaters June 13, the 2018 American Black Film Festival (ABFF) will open with the festival's premiere screening of Sony Pictures' Superfly on that same night at the Fillmore Theater in Miami Beach, Florida. Directed by the acclaimed Director X, director of legendary music videos for such artists as Drake and Rihanna, and starring Trevor Jackson (“Grown-ish”), the film's original soundtrack has been curated and produced by Future, who also produces the film with Joel Silver (The Matrix trilogy, Die Hard).
