Arizona legends come alive tonight and tomorrow, Oct. 25-26 at the Prescott Center for the Arts during Ghost Talk 2013, one of the featured events during Prescott's Weekend of the Dead. Famous and infamous spirits enact historic ghostly folklore at 6 pm and 7:30 pm each evening, plus a 9 pm encore performance that Saturday, at the PCA Theatre at 208 N. An exceptional line-up of talented stars has been assembled for the next Broadway Ballyhoo on Sept. 4 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, with Tony Nominee Barbara Walsh (Company, Falsettoes, etc.) headlining, and including the star in the title role of the new Disney musical Aladdin, coming to Broadway in the Spring, Adam Jacobs(The Lion King, Les Miserables, etc.). She fills the lives of the Von Trapp children with 'The Sound of Music' and captures the heart of their stern and lonely father. But, will their harmonious lives be torn apart when their beautiful homeland is ravaged by war? I must say that there was plenty of Disney magic in this visual extravaganza and it delighted my inner-child ever so much.
