The School Of American Ballet invited alumni to join them on the eve of this year's Workshop Performance at SAB's Alumni cocktail reception on Friday, June 2, 2023. The festive cocktail reception was held at the School Of American Ballet, 165 West 65th Street, New York, NY. 

BroadStage will present the world premiere of Los Angeles Ballet's Memoryhouse, the first full-length ballet by Melissa Barak as Los Angeles Ballet's new Artistic Director. The ballet will run June 15-17, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Eli and Edythe Broad Stage.

The theme this season is the contrasts of the choreography, and the program covers a wide range of both classic steps from the golden age of ballet and fresh works for all dance-loving souls. The old meets the new, and the classic meets the modern.

Current Phantom of the Opera star Ben Crawford will be out of the show for the final Broadway performance. Longtime Phantom Laid Mackintosh will step into the role this evening.
