The final wave of the TEEN CHOICE 2016TM nominations have been announced, with music superstar Justin Bieber leading with five nominations.

 “Running Wild with Bear Grylls” is returning to take A-list celebrities on adventures of a lifetime when the series returns Monday, Aug. 1 (10-11p.m. ET) with actress and Emmy Award-winning choreographer Julianne Hough and Tuesday, Aug. 2 with triple-platinum recording artist and actor Nick Jonas (10-11p.m. ET). The series will follow summer hits “American Ninja Warrior” on Monday and “America's Got Talent”on Tuesday.

Miss District Of Columbia Deshauna Barber was named 2016 MISS USA at the 65th Annual MISS USA® competition which aired live from the T-Mobile Arena at MGM Grand in Las Vegas Sunday, June 5th on FOX.

NBC has set Tuesday, Aug. 23 as the premiere for its new comedy event series “Better Late Than Never” and Monday, July 11 for the season debut of “Running Wild with Bear Grylls.” Both shows will begin at 10 p.m.

Stasera, 3 marzo 2016, e andato finalmente in onda su Rai4, GREASE: LIVE, uscito negli Stati Uniti il 31 gennaio scorso.

Im Jahr 2012 hatte der amerikanische Fernsehsender NBC eine Idee, ob großenwahnsinnig oder genial, das konnte damals noch keiner sagen. Man wolle den Musical Klassiker THE SOUND OF MUSIC im Fernsehen zeigen. Nicht den weltberuhmten Film mit Julie Andrews, und auch keine gefilmte Version des Musicals (wie man das von Produktionen des National Theatre Live vielleicht aus dem Kino kennt). Nein. Die Idee war die Folgende: In einem Studio in New York sollte das Musical in einer neuen Inszenierung vor laufenden Kameras,  jedoch ohne Publikum, aufgefuhrt und live im Fernsehen ubertragen werden: professionell mit Buhnenbild und Kostumen, in Echtzeit, komplett mit schnellen Kostumwechseln und Szenenumbauten. Eben ganz wie ein live Musical, nur im Studio anstatt im Theater.
