ABC News' NIGHTLINE ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.404 million) during the week of October 9, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. 'Nightline' beat CBS' 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' (1.336 million) by 68,000 and NBC's 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' (1.368 million) by 36,000 to win the first three weeks of the 2017-18 season.

ABC News' “Nightline” averaged 1.088 million Total Viewers, 466,000 Adults 25-54 and 328,000 Adults 18-49 during the week of July 24, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “Nightline” beat CBS' “The Late Late Show with James Corden” (382,000 and 283,000, respectively) in Adults 25-54 (+64,000) and Adults 18-49 (+45,000).

ABC News' “Nightline” drew 1.377 million Total Viewers, 526,000 Adults 25-54 and 395,000 Adults 18-49 during the 2nd Quarter 2017, based on Most Current Data from Nielsen Media Research. “Nightline” led CBS' “The Late Late Show with James Corden” (1.314 million, 473,000 and 364,000, respectively) during the quarter in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+63,000), Adults 25-54 (+53,000) and Adults 18-49 (+31,000).
