As another historic year comes to a close, The ABC Television Network presents an epic two-night event filled with nostalgia, laughter, celebration and remembrance, beginning with The Year In Memoriam 2017, MONDAY, DEC. 18 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EST), followed by The Year: 2017 on TUESDAY, DEC. 19 (9:00-11:00 p.m. EST).

ABC News' Nightline ranked No. 1 in all key target demos: Total Viewers (1.530 million), Adults 25-54 (547,000) and Adults 18-49 (416,000) during the week of October 16, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.

ABC News' NIGHTLINE ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.404 million) during the week of October 9, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. 'Nightline' beat CBS' 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' (1.336 million) by 68,000 and NBC's 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' (1.368 million) by 36,000 to win the first three weeks of the 2017-18 season.

ABC News' Nightline ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.495 million) and Adults 25-54 (588,000-tie) during the week of October 2, 2017, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research.

Dancing with the Stars will air live on MONDAY, OCTOBER 2 (8:05-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, and will open with a moment of silence in honor of the victims of the mass shooting that occurred last night in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Good Doctor will air as originally scheduled from 10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT.

For the 2016-17 season, Nightline led CBS' The Late Late Show with James Corden in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+90,000 1.399 million vs. 1.309 million), Adults 25-54 (+41,000 527,000 vs. 486,000) and Adults 18-49 (+25,000 397,000 vs. 372,000).

For the 2nd week in a row, Nightline improved on the year-ago week (472,000 and 346,000, respectively, for w/o 9/12/17) in Adults 25-54 (+4%) and Adults 18-49 (+6%).

Nightline posted double-digit gains week to week (1.120 million, 395,000 and 275,000, respectively, for w/o 7/3/17) in Total Viewers (+12%), Adults 25-54 (+17%) and Adults 18-49 (+18%), hitting 12-week highs across the board since w/o 6/12/17.
