New York based Rialto Pictures will release John Carpenter's landmark horror movie THE FOG on October 26, in its first-ever major restoration. The horror classic, in a full 4K restoration from Studiocanal, opens October 26 for limited runs at the Metrograph, in New York, Landmark's Nuart in Los Angeles, and The Music Box Theatre in Chicago.

Well after seminal indie kosmische act Stereolab dissipated and its members parted ways to move along their own separate paths, long-term keyboard player Morgane Lhote eventually emerged on the music scene a few years ago as Hologram Teen. This solo electronic motorik disco project has produced several 7' and an EP. Now she will finally be releasing her debut album 'Between The Funk and The Fear' digitally on July 6.

 Inspired by the 2008 cult classic The Strangers, TheStrangers: Prey at Night is based on real events surrounding a family struggling to survive as they are attacked on their vacation by a trio of masked psychopaths that hunt their prey with seemingly no rhyme or reason. Director Johannes Roberts (47 Meters Down) pays homage to The Strangers by bringing back the infamous masked villains -- Dollface, Pin-Up Girl and Man in the Mask -- and incorporates elements of the '80s slasher genre to create a perfect mix of old and new that is sure to satisfy and reignite fear in fans of the original while also bringing new devotees to the franchise. Arriving on Digital on May 22, 2018and Blu-ray, DVD and On Demand on June 12, 2018 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, TheStrangers: Prey at Night is packed with exclusive bonus content including a never before seen alternate ending and an unrated version that brings the chaos and horror of the film to a whole new level.

On Friday April 6 and Saturday April 7 actress/author/minister Adrienne Barbeau brought An Evening with Adrienne Barbeau: There Are Worse Things I Could Do to the Debbie Reynolds Mainstage Theatre of the El Portal in NoHo. Playwright Brian Christopher Williams, a good personal friend of Barbeau's, moderated the evening. For 95 minutes Barbeau and Williams sat in comfortable chairs onstage and talked about her life which began in California and then moved onto New York and back. Barbeau is still youthful and beautiful at 72 and has such warmth and honesty oozing from every pore that the audience hung on every word. The evening never lagged..The time moved too quickly and an enthusiastic Q and A followed with Barbeau still beaming.

El Portal Theatre proudly presents, There are Worse Things I Could Do, An Evening with Adrienne Barbeau on the Debbie Reynolds Mainstage at the historic El Portal Theatre in the NOHO Arts District.  This two night only special engagement will be presented April 6 & 7, 2018. New York Film Critics Series (NYFCS) in a special partnership with New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) will present a unique movie experience celebrating the 40th Anniversary of National Lampoon's Animal House on Friday February 16th, 2018 at 8pm. The iconic Animal House movie starring John Belushi, Tim Matheson , Peter Riegert, Karen Allen, Thomas Hulce, Stephen Furst, and Donald Sutherland which is a direct spin-off from National Lampoon about a misfit group of fraternity members who challenge the authority of the dean of Faber College.
