Conrow Productions will present the London debut of acclaimed musical theatre composer Jonathan Reid Gealt on November 27.

The stars of musical theatre are battling it out in their categories - Michael Crawford (The Wizard of Oz) and Shayne Ward (Rock of Ages) are neck and neck for Best Featured Actor; just two per cent separates Oliver Tompsett (Rock of Ages) and Richard Fleeshman (Ghost) for Best Leading Actor; Hannah Waddingham (The Wizard of Oz) and Jodie Jacobs (Rock of Ages) are tied as they push Sharon D Clarke (Ghost) for Best Featured Actress; and just three per cent separates Danielle Hope (The Wizard of Oz), Caissie Levy (Ghost) and Sarah Lancashire (Betty Blue Eyes) for Best Leading Actress!

ROCK OF AGES is currently in previews at London's Shaftsbury Theatre, led by Justin Lee Collins, Shayne Ward, Amy Pemberton, Oliver Tompsett and Simon Lipkin. The production officially opened on September 27. The Prince of Wales Theatre in London's West End - home to Mamma Mia! since 2004 - will be host the 2011 Whatsonstage.com Awards. The awards are in their 11th annual presentation this year. Actor Christopher Biggins, perhaps best known for his various comedy roles for the better part of three decades, will host the event.

Shoshana Bean, known for her roles in WICKED and HAIRSPRAY, has released a new single that she co-wrote with singer-composer-lyricist Scott Alan. The song is titled 'A Little Hope' and was originally written for the 2009 Broadway in South Africa benefit concert. 'A Little Hope' was arranged and orchestrated by Jesse Vargas, and is now available for purchase on iTunes.
