THE HIT MEN, a brotherhood of five musicians who've worked in the studio and on tour with the biggest musical names in the business including Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Carly Simon, Jim Croce, Elton John, Barry Manilow, Carole King, Cat Stevens, Sting, Paul McCartney and many more, will offer two special concerts Labor Day Weekend in The Hamptons on Sunday, September 6 at 7pm & 9:30pm at Guild Hall in East Hampton(tickets are $40-$75/ www.GuildHall.org). Last summer THE HIT MEN offered an incredible concert at Guild Hall, so this year they asked them back for two shows, a surefire way to end summer on a high note.

According to a recent post by the A.R.T. the show already has plans for Broadway! The theatre auctioned off tickets to the show's opening night on Broadway as a part of its 2015 gala, teasing: 'See it in Cambridge before it heads to NYC!' Casting has not yet been announced, but a recent NYC workshop was led by Tony winner Jessie Mueller, Keala Settle, Bryce Pinkham, Christopher Fitzgerald, Barrett Wilbert Weed, and Eric Anderson.

The cast of the Tony Award-winning hit Beautiful just celebrated the show's one year anniversary. Since opening on Broadway on January 12, 2014, Beautiful has broken all box office records at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre, where it recently became the highest grossing production in the theatre's history. Leading the company is Tony winner Jessie Mueller, who has been with the show all along the way. Mueller just chatted with BroadwayWorld about her year as Carole King, working with Sara Bareiless on her new WAITRESS musical, performing at the Kennedy Center Honors, and so much more. The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Diane Paulus, Artistic Director and William Russo, Managing Director; announced today the casting for its first production of its 2014/15 Season: the world premiere of the musical Finding Neverland, with music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and Elliot Kennedy, book by James Graham, directed by A.R.T. Artistic Director Diane Paulus with choreography by Mia Michaels, presented at A.R.T. by special arrangement with Harvey Weinstein. The production begins previews at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle Street in Cambridge, MA on Wednesday, July 23 and runs through Sunday, September 28. The production will be available for press viewing starting Wednesday, August 13. Invitations for press opening will be sent out in late July.
