DATELINE Shows Steady Growth in Time Slot; Stays No. 1 for 18-34

'Dateline NBC' (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.2 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) grew steadily throughout its time period and increased by 44% in 18-49 rating from its first half-hour to its fourth (to a 1.3 from a 0.9), by 19% in total viewers (5.7 million vs. 4.7 million) and by 46% in adults 25-54 (1.9 vs. 1.3). By its fourth half-hour from 10:30-11 p.m., 'Dateline' ranked #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34 (with a 0.9 rating),women 18-34 (1.1) and women 18-49 (1.7) and tied for #1 among women 25-54 (2.4). In total viewers, 'Dateline' beat NBC's slot average last season by 7% (5.244 million vs. 4.919 million, L+SD non-sports).

Jimmy Kimmel, host of ABC's popular late night Jimmy Kimmel Live!, will bring his famous wit to the stage of the 2013 SKECHERS Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to help raise one million dollars and awareness for children with special needs and education. Also returning to the annual charity event are Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet and legendary Hall of Fame baseball manager Tommy Lasorda, plus Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita who will be appearing for the first time. The all-star lineup will join Kimmel at an opening ceremony to kick off the walk on October 27.

Sarah Jaffe is thrilled to be joining fellow Texans Midlake this December for a few weeks of US shows kicking off on December 4th in St. Louis, MO at Old Rock House. The three week trek comes as Sarah starts work on her third full-length studio album due out next Spring on Kirtland Records. In addition, Jaffe will be joining a number of notable artists including Girl Talk, Warpaint, Jason Isbell, Marnie Stern, POS and Titus Andronicus in Dallas, TX next weekend for the second day of theINDEX Festival (www.index-festival.com).
