Comedian Jim Norton's national theater tour, JIM NORTON: MOUTHFUL OF SHAME was announced today, the 30+ city theater tour will kick off this February in Chicago and comes to Paramount Theatre in Denver on Saturday, March 26th at 8 PM. Coming off the heels of his latest critically acclaimed one-hour comedy special CONTEXTUALLY INADEQUATE (Hulu), Norton will bring his latest no-holds-barred observations along with his trademark self-deprecating humor on the road with JIM NORTON: MOUTHFUL OF SHAME.

Premium TV network EPIX announced today that it will showcase the sharp, cynical humor of stand-up comedian, actor and author Marc Maron, in the one-hour Original Comedy Event Marc Maron: More Later making its World Television Premiere tonight, December 4, at 10pm ET/PT, 9C on EPIX.

Today, the nation's first-ever community-wide festival of laughter, Gilda's LaughFest, announced the first round of talent and shows for the festival's sixth year to be held March 10-20, 2016. Headliners include Seth Meyers, performing during Gilda's Club Grand Rapids Signature Event, Kathy Griffin, Marlon Wayans, and a diverse range of artists that are new to the festival, as well as some past returning favorites.

Yesterday's October 15th live international broadcast of Academy Award nominee Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role of Lyndsey Turner's production of William Shakespeare's HAMLET was seen by more than 225,000 people, making it the largest global audience for a live broadcast day of any title in National Theatre Live history.

The new 8,000-square-foot comedy club and craft beer bar located in Mohegan Sun's Casino of the Earth will officially open tonight, October 7th. A grand opening celebration with ribbon cutting is scheduled for Friday, October 9th.

Celebrate the opening of Westport Community Theatre's 60th Anniversary Season - Neil Simon's award-winning musical comedy They're Playing Our Song. With music by Marvin Hamlisch and lyrics by Carole Bayer Sager, the musical, inspired by the quirky romantic relationship between Hamlisch and lyricist Carole Bayer Sager, is often described as a 'Seinfeld episode set to music.'

Lyndsey Turner's production of William Shakespeare's HAMLET, starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the title role, is currently underway at the Barbican Theatre. As previously reported, the SHERLOCK star has a full schedule following his run in the play, but now the Daily Mail is reporting that Broadway theatre owners have begun scouting the show (a good sign!), which runs for just 12 weeks.
