PBS KIDS has launched the ultimate dinosaur app: Dinosaur Train A to Z. Based on the hit PBS KIDS show DINOSAUR TRAIN and produced by The Jim Henson Company, Dinosaur Train A to Z

The orignal series, a spin-off of Henson's 'Fraggle Rock', will premiere exclusively on Hulu beginning April 26th

Craig Shemin, President of The Jim Henson Legacy and author of the lavishly illustrated and meticulously researched new Muppets Character Encyclopedia (2014, DK Publishing), will present a program featuring memorable moments from the biggest Muppet stars, as well as rare highlights of some lesser known characters featured in his book. The event, on Saturday, February 22, at 1:00 p.m., will include video clips and a Muppet trivia contest with prizes, followed by a book signing. Eddie Izzard will bring his massive Force Majeure world tour to the U.S., visiting 32 cities through the spring with more dates to be announced later this year. The tour will visit Pittsburgh's Byham Theater, downtown Pittsburgh, on Saturday May 31 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 1 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale now. La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts continues this season's Programs for Young Audiences series with American Family Theater's original telling of the musical favorite, The Wizard of Oz. This fun-filled musical is recommended for audiences ages 4 and up. Performances are Sunday, March 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
