Previews began June 14, and performances for the powerful drama will continue through July 29, 2012 before embarking on a national tour that will hit 30 U.S. cities during the 2012-2013 season. Casting was announced today for the upcoming U.S. tour of the 2011 Tony Award-winning Best Play, WAR HORSE. The company, comprised of more than 30 performers, includes Andrew Veenstra as Albert Narracott, Brian Keane as Arthur Narracott, Michael Wyatt Cox as Billy Narracott, Todd Cerveris as Ted Narracott, Angela Reed as Rose Narracott, Jason Loughlin as Lieutenant James Nicholls, and Jason Alan Carvell as Private Schnabel.

CALIGULA MAXIMUS at La MaMa's Ellen Stewart Theatre completes its twice Extended Run on April 17th with a Closing Night Party sponsored by Penthouse Magazine. Special guests will include Victoria 'Dr. Z' Zdrok (Pet of The Year, 2004, clinical psychologist, PhD Drexel University), Penthouse Pet Ryan Keely (October 2009), Fetish model Darzenia and Guns N' Roses guitarist Bumblefoot. The party will take place on the set when the curtain comes down. Penthouse is donating complimentary issues of the magazines while supplies last.

Adult film star and Penthouse Pet, Justine Joli, who plays the role of Caesonia, the wife of Caligula, in CALIGULA MAXIMUS, has been invited on the Opie and Anthony Show to perform a naked radio version of one of her scenes from the play.

In CALIGULA MAXIMUS, Alfred Preisser and Randy Weiner's play about the notorious dictator Caligula, director Alfred Preisser celebrates the body beautiful by casting Coney Island sideshow tattooed muscleman Tim Dax and marine Raheem Green, who sports a 'Born to Kill' tattoo, to play gladiators, and award-winning competitive bodybuilders Myra Adams and Roxanne Edwards as gladiatrixes.
