Australia's leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performing arts company, Bangarra Dance Theatre will bring Frances Rings' powerful production, Yuldea, to regional New South Wales in 2024. The Yuldea regional tour comes after a record-breaking premiere season earlier this year, which marked Yuldea as the highest grossing tour in company history.

To say that I was excited to see this performance would be a massive understatement.

Following a successful world premiere, Bangarra Dance Theatre will bring Frances Rings’ latest work, Yuldea to Adelaide, in her inaugural season as Bangarra Dance Theatre’s Artistic Director. The production which has enthralled audiences in Sydney and Canberra now comes to the iconic Her Majesty’s Theatre from August 10 to 12, as part of Adelaide Festival Centre’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

YULDEA is a dance work that explores the history and heritage of Yooldil Kapi and the traditional lands of the Kokatha people. A powerful, contemporary production that excels in design and choreography.

“The Muppets Mayhem” follows The Electric Mayhem Band — Dr. Teeth, Animal, Floyd Pepper, Janice, Zoot and Lips — on a journey to record their debut album. Guest stars also include Sofia Carson, Morgan Freeman, Kesha, Lil Nas X, Ryan Seacrest, Chris Stapleton, and Zedd. Watch the first video trailer now!

After a ten-year hiatus, Bangarra Dance Theatre announces the return of Dance Clan in 2023; presented at Bangarra’s own Studio Theatre on Gadigal Country, Walsh Bay, from 3rd to 18th February, 2023.

Bangarra Dance Theatre announces the world premiere of Frances Rings’ latest work, Yuldea, in her inaugural season as Bangarra Dance Theatre’s Artistic Director. The production will premiere at the Sydney Opera House as part of the 50th Anniversary Season, before touring across Australia from 14th June to 14th October, 2023.

Dirty Dancing is making its West End return in a renewed version of the iconic story, following a sell-out 2021 UK and Ireland tour. The story of Baby and Johnny, featuring the hit songs 'Hungry Eyes', ‘Hey! Baby’, ‘Do You Love Me?’ and the heart stopping ‘(I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life’, returns to London following two blockbuster West End runs, four hit UK tours, and multiple sensational international productions.  

In 2022, Australia's leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performing arts company, Bangarra Dance Theatre, will tour two award-winning contemporary programs to audiences across Australia from June to September, in a rare opportunity to see some of their most engaging and important works re-staged. 

In a first-time co-production, two powerhouse arts companies, Bangarra Dance Theatre and Sydney Theatre Company, will join forces to present the world premiere of Wudjang: Not the Past.

In 2021, Australia's leading Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performing arts company, Bangarra Dance Theatre, will present the world premiere of a powerful new contemporary program, SandSong: Stories from the Great Sandy Desert. SandSong will tour to Sydney, Canberra, Bendigo, Brisbane and Melbourne from 8th June to 4th September.
