A new block of seats to the musical HAMILTON on Broadway go on sale Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. Tickets are available for purchase through March 27, 2016 via phone, online or at the box office of the Richard Rodgers Theatre (246 W. 46 St.).

Now according to the New York Times, the musical, which has already broken box office records in its off-Broadway run, has sold a whopping $6.5 million in Broadway tickets, in just eleven days at the box office. An additional $4 million has already been purchased in group sales.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced today that Tony Award nominee Jonathan Groff will join the cast of HAMILTON as 'King George' on Tuesday, March 3. Groff, who performed in The Public's recent revival of Hair as well as The Bacchae and The Singing Forest, is replacing Brian d'Arcy James, who will be starring in Something Rotten on Broadway this spring. The world premiere musical HAMILTON, inspired by the book 'Alexander Hamilton' by Ron Chernow, with book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and directed by Thomas Kail, has been extended three times at The Public due to sold-out demand and will close as scheduled on Sunday, May 3 prior to a Broadway transfer to the Richard Rodgers Theatre beginning July 13 and opening August 6.

Soluna Studio to Present TICK…TICK…BOOM!

SoLuna Studio will produce the musical TICK…TICK…BOOM! as a part their professional mainstage season, with performances running February 20th-March 8th. Performances will be held on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm. Tickets purchased in advance are $15 for students and seniors and $20 for adults. At the door, tickets for students and seniors are $20 each and $25 for adults. Group rates are also available.
