SaltSpeck Productions presents a showcase production of Madam Fury's Traveling Show. Performances will take place from September 2 through September 8 at the 45th Street Theatre (354 W. 45th Street). Official Opening is set for Sunday, September 2 at 8pm.

New York Theatre Barn (Joe Barros, Artistic Director; Jason Najjoum, Producing Director; Barry Levine, Managing Director) will launch the 6th consecutive year of its acclaimed monthly platform for emerging musical theater writers, NYTB in the D-Lounge, on July 9, 2012 at the D-Lounge of the Daryl Roth Theatre. Featured writing teams will be Charlie Sohne and Tim Rosser, and Adam Spiegel and Dan Wolpow, all alumni of the Tony Award-winning BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop. Featured writers for later months in the 6th season will be announced at a later date.

The sold-out Pump Up The Volume concert takes place at Joe's Pub tonight, June 25, 2012 at 9:30pm. Recently added to the performer lineup are Harris Doran (The Actors' Fund's Hair), Claybourne Elder (Bonnie & Clyde), Gideon Glick (Spring Awakening), and Caren Lyn Tackett (Hair). Film star Samantha Mathis, who appeared in the movie version of Pump Up The Volume, will also make a special appearance at the concert.

On Monday, June 25, 2012 at 9:30pm, a cast of Broadway performers will gather at Joe's Pub to sing songs from Pump Up The Volume, the new rock musical based on the 1990 film starring Christian Slater about a pirate radio shock jock who shakes up a small town.

Originally directed by Jeremy Dobrish, this touring production has been remounted by Gina Rattan, and features choreography by Wendy Seyb, music by Jeff Thomson, lyrics by Jordan Mann, and a book by Jeremy Desmon and Jeremy Dobrish.
