The classic American play about the tipsy relationship love and money runs tonight, March 25 - April 4 in the Tomlinson Theater. In conjunction with the exhibition SonicWorks, on view at DiverseWorks through March 1, 2014, Nameless Sound and DiverseWorks present a marathon of back-to-back performances of scores by Pauline Oliveros, an acclaimed composer, performer, humanitarian, and important pioneer in American experimental music. For more than four decades Oliveros, a Houstonnative, has explored sound, forging new ground for herself and others. Anthology, Meditations celebrates Oliveros' important role in the founding and mentoring of Nameless Sound, as well as her connections to DiverseWorks' history as an important presenter and champion of sonic art in Houston.
