It's a small wonder that Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Cinderella" keeps getting dusted off and trotted out every few years. A small wonder due to the fact that there are so many versions of it. And I mean versions of the R&H musical with numbers being removed and others being added in from other shows. And while I felt the 5th Avenue's current production, directed by Brandon Ivie, really only came alive in Act Two, it's not the worst production I've seen … but not the best either.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that author and lifestyle expert Katie Lee and fashion industry titan Fern Mallis will both make their Off Broadway debuts in the January cast of the Off Broadway hit Love, Loss, and What I Wore, rounding out a cast that includes Obie Award-winner Veanne Cox, Emmy Award-winner Nancy Dussault and Tony Award-winner Lillias White, beginning January 4 through January 29, 2012.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that stage and screen favorite Veanne Cox (La Cage Aux Folles; "Pan Am"), Emmy Award-winner Nancy Dussault ("Two Close For Comfort") and Tony and Emmy Award-winner Lillias White (The Life) will all join the January cast of the Off Broadway hit Love, Loss, and What I Wore, beginning January 4 through January 29, 2012.

Loretta Swit Leads Arizona Premiere of LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will present the Arizona premiere of the international hit play Love, Loss, and What I Wore on Jan. 3-8, 2012. The show's Scottsdale cast will feature five actresses, including Loretta Swit, a star of the long-running television comedy M*A*S*H.

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that Tony Award-winner Daisy Eagan (The Secret Garden) will join returning cast members Myra Lucretia Taylor (Wicked; Nine), Sonia Manzano (Maria on "Sesame Street") and Loretta Swit ('Hot Lips Houlihan' on "M*A*S*H") for the December cast of the Off Broadway hit Love, Loss, and What I Wore beginning Wednesday, December 7, 2011 (through Friday, December 30) at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street). Following their Off Broadway run, the cast will launch the show's first national tour, which begins in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Mesa Arts Center (January 2 - 8, 2012). Producer Daryl Roth announced today that stand up comedian and writer Jenny Allen (I Got Sick Then I Got Better), TV and stage veteran Eve Plumb ('The Brady Bunch') and 'Gossip Girl' actress Amanda Setton will join the upcoming cast of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore. They join current cast member Zuzanna Szadkowski ('Gossip Girl'), who will stay on for her fourth cast, and previously announced cast member Maddie Corman (Next Fall) in a run that begins Wednesday, November 2 through Sunday, December 4 at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Producer Daryl Roth announced today that three-time Tony Award nominee Dee Hoty (Footloose; Mamma Mia) and TV and stage regulars Samantha Mathis (American Psycho; 33 Variations) and Concetta Tomei ('Providence'; Lincoln Center's Clean House), will join the next cast of the hit Off Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore. Current cast member Zuzanna Szadkowski ('Gossip Girl') will stay on, also joining previously announced actress and TV personality La La Anthony ('La La's Full Court Life') in a run that begins Wednesday, October 5 through November 6, 2011 at the Westside Theatre (407 West 43 Street).

Lifetime has renewed its hit scripted series Drop Dead Diva for a fourth season, to premiere in 2012, with a 13 episode order. The announcement was made today by Nancy Dubuc, President and General Manager of Lifetime Networks.
